Polishers are intended for polishing and cleaning cast items from non-magnetic alloys. A disk rotating inside a polisher brings steel needles in an oscillating movement and their delicately finished ends strike a processed piece of jewellery. Small size of needles (e.g. Ø 0.3 mm x 5 mm) make them possible to thoroughly penetrate spots and crevices on the surface of a processed item.All available models are equipped with a microprocessor countdown clock for controlling the operation. It allows for setting any type of operation and calculating the process duration.Adjustable parameters:

right rotation time, adjustable range: 0 - 30 minutes
left rotation time, adjustable range: 1 - 30 minutes
number of right-left cycles: adjustable range: 1 - 9

In effect, the longest cycle can last 9 hours and the shortest 1 minute. The time remaining to the end of a cycle is continuously displayed and the end of a cycle is signalled with three long sounds.Accompanying accessories include the charge holder, "syringe" for separating processed items from needles and a quantity of needles suitable for a particular polisher.
